When you set the budget, you are in control of all expenditure associated with the event, all with the comfort of knowing we will bring the event in on time and on budget. 

Our standard approach is to :-

  • Establish agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) during event project planning phase
  • Establish agreed Key Result Areas (KRA's) that the event must deliver to
  • Electronic financial management and reporting throughout the project
  • Invoicing, payments received and Sponsorship reconciliations
  • Financial reconciliation including all costs, direct incurred expenses and tax
  • Merchant facilities and online banking and payments (as required)
