Hybrid event a first for our client

When the CEO of one of our key clients decided it was time for a Global Roadshow, logistics in terms of reaching the audience in a timely fashion was the main issue to address.

The brief seemed simple enough. Deliver an event solution that allowed for communication of key messages in conjunction with the launch of the business strategy for the coming year in person, with the ability to field questions from the audience in real time. Add a celebration post-formalities for all attendees built around the central theme, and we have ourselves a challenge!

We needed immediacy, interactivity and a collaborative approach. Obviously it was time for a hybrid solution - linking a live presence to as many employees as possible with satellite launches held simultaneously to similar centralised employee events.

In building a solution, everything from 3D Hologram technology for live events, through to large-scale Telepresence suites were considered. 

So what technology has been chosen? The first of several key events will kick off in September here in Australia, and we will offer a case study as part of the review process before the roadshow continues into the US and UK. Stay tuned!
