When our production partners were selected to bid for the largest Corporate Event scheduled for 2011 in Australia we were thrilled to be invited to participate in the process.

From concept design to implementation Alpha Events worked with the talented team at Triumph Leisure Solutions (tls) to deliver the series of four Amway China gala dinners, hosted at The Dome at the Sydney Showgrounds throughout January.

Working with an exceptional team of people throughout the project, the events showcased the best of Australian and International talent, from all production elements to the 300-strong performers engaged to transport the audience to an undersea spectacular. Jason Coleman and the Ministry of Dance team proved once again why they are the best in the business, directing and producing the live entertainment elements of the shows.

Logistics required production elements remain in situ for twenty-one days, no mean feat when you consider the sheer scale of the event and the element of live fish incorporated into our table settings. We engaged the services of our "Fish Wrangler" for the duration to ensure our 750+ live fish were well cared for throughout.

The experience gained throughout the project will prove invaluable for our clients in 2011, with our focus moving offshore for Alpha Events next large-scale Corporate event,  scheduled in April.
