  • At what point should I engage an Event Manager?

    Ideally, BEFORE you commit to any suppliers or vendors!

    As regular users of supplier services and venues, our buying power can attract significant discounts and/or additional options for our clients that are difficult to negotiate once a contract has been signed.

    Similarly, you may not be aware of all of the options available to you. We work hard to maintain a current knowledge base and network of preferred suppliers, and you'll see that while we don't pay premium rates we demand premium service for all of our clients.

  • How much should I expect to spend on my event?

    This is a tricky one! You should only ever spend what you are comfortable investing into the event. 

    Once we have established your goals and objectives, the size of your target audience and the type of event you wish to hold, we can work with you to establish a budget that will meet your needs and exceed your ROI expectations.

    At Alpha Events budgeting is a science, not an art!

  • How do I achieve true ROI?

    You can achieve this by creating an event and atmosphere in the lead-up that will ensure your guests will not want to miss it! This is where a good Event Manager is invaluable in assisting by providing unique and innovative ideas to build collateral around your event.

    As a minimum series of objectives, aim for:-

    • the unexpected.
    We will establish a project scope, understand your objectives and create agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) that we will quantify and qualify throughout the event project as part of our financial management deliverables.

  • How much will having professional Event Management cost me?

    Pricing around Event Management should not be a mystery to any client!

    At Alpha Event Management we work with our clients to qualify and quantify all associated costs before proceeding so there are no unwelcome surprises after the event.

    Our fees can be structured in two ways:-

    • Flat fee based on overall, agreed project scope, or
    • Percentage of overall event budget.

    Flexibility and a consultative approach between ourselves and our clients is key to our success and client satisfaction.
